Road Traffic Accident
Daniel was a very special little boy he loved his Mum Caroline & His Dad Sean very much he had lots of friend at his Primary School St Martins, Dover. Daniel was a very popular little boy his Teacher Mrs Reeves used to call him Dan Dan The Action Man. Daniel loved travelling in his Dads lorries he even went to Holland with him & had curry for tea. When we went on holiday in our caravan he made friends with a couple called Fred & Beattie they loved him & became good friends of the family.
On the day of the accident Daniel asked to go in the lorry with Ken who was a friend & driver of one of our lorries, we said he could go then his sister Carrianne wanted to go and as the two of them never left each others side we let her go. They waved goodbye and off they went. We had a phone call to say the lorry has been involved in an accident. Carrianne was the only survivor. It was very hard for Sean & I to come to terms with the loss of our beautiful little boy and also dealing with our grief having to keep stronge for our little girl who at that time was only 2 years old.
We miss our Angel so much it is still very hard to except he is gone but in our hearts we know he has gone back home and we will meet up again. He is our Guardian Angel.

I think of you in silence, I often speak your name. All I have are memories and a picture in a frame.

Hi Son how are you.
It seems like forever since we last spoke but I dont think a day has gone by when I havn't stopped wishing you were by my side annoying me driving me mad with teenage pains but only god will ever know how much I would give just to have you by my side just being you I cant wait for the day when we can be re-united.
But my work on earth is far from over and any way some one has to look after your Mum, Carrianne and Ethan.
I love and miss you so very much and the very short time that God let me have you I will always treasure and be so proud of you.

You never knew me but all the people that matter in your life do. I can't believe that you would have been 16 now, a young man, wow. Whilst I was only doing my job, your accident was always one that has stuck with me and I often think about you and Carrieanne. I can't believe how much she has grown up, you'd be proud.

God looked around his garden
And saw an empty space.
He then looked down upon this earth
And saw your smiling face.
God's garden must be beautiful,
He always takes the best.
For an unknown reason he took you
up to heaven,and shielded you with grace.
It broke our hearts to see you go,
But you did not go alone.
For part of us went with you,
The day God called you home.
Way up in heavens garden
There's a magical castle in the sky
Where god places our little angels,
And teaches them to fly
The girls become sweet princesses,
And dance the day away
The boys are charming prince's
In this wondrous land of play
The castle is made of lollipops
And of all things that are sweet
There's a river made of angels tears,
For them to dip their tiny feet,
The angel tears are not tears of sadness.
They are tears of joy
To see such sights is happiness
For the chosen Angel girl or boy
For as you know, not all angels
Are picked to grace this castle in the sky
Only the tiny cherub prince's and princesses,
And here's the reason why
God has a place for all he takes
And puts them where they he deems
The little cherubs need a world of play
A land filled full of dreams
A place where they can play all day
And slide down rainbows so bright
swing from the stars if they desire
Then light the star lamps up at night
Its now they huddle close together
And some may take a snooze
Only if they wish to
Its up to them to choose
The ones that are not asleep
Are sending down their love
To you, direct from moon beams
They guide from up above
So be happy for your special cherub
From the soft clouds they will never fall
For anything good that they may wish for
Comes true here, anything at all
Its in the castle they will stay
with angels of their kind
until its their turn to open the castle gate
and its their mummy that they find
The only thing that they must do then
whilst waving goodbye to angel friends
Is walk to paradise with mummy
Just beyond the rainbows end
